QuikPros terms of use

By creating an account, purchasing a position, submitting a referral request, or otherwise using QuikPros, you agree to these terms and the privacy notice. You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement. Professionals must hold any license or credential required for their trade and be authorized to provide any services they offer.

A QuikPros position is a recurring paid participation right inside QuikPros for a selected ZIP and profession. Each ZIP is limited to ten numbered positions per profession. An active position may include verified publishing, public ZIP and specialty-page eligibility, first consideration in QuikPros-controlled matching, baseline visibility measurement, and referral eligibility.

A position is not ownership of a ZIP, a protected service territory, an exclusive right to a trade or market, a franchise, an exclusive agency relationship, or a right to control another company's search result or recommendation.

QuikPros does not control ChatGPT, Google, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, or another independent search or AI service. Participation does not guarantee indexing, citation, ranking, recommendation, referrals, customers, jobs, bookings, transactions, or revenue. Visibility reports describe sampled observations and may change as third-party systems, sources, prompts, and conditions change.

Professionals must provide accurate, current, and complete professional information. QuikPros may request evidence, verify public records, contact a professional's business or credentialing authority, reject unsupported claims, expire stale evidence, suspend a profile, or remove public verified status. Verification by QuikPros is not a guarantee of competence, performance, suitability, availability, or a particular consumer outcome.

Professionals remain responsible for complying with the applicable professional licensing and referral regulations for their trade, employer and business policies, advertising requirements, professional and fiduciary duties, nondiscrimination and fair-housing obligations where applicable, and all laws that apply to their work.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant QuikPros a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and use that content as reasonably needed to operate, promote, secure, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content.

Public profile content may be indexed, cached, summarized, quoted, or processed by third parties. Removing content from QuikPros may not remove copies already held by independent search engines, AI systems, archives, or other services.

• Prices and billing intervals are shown before checkout.
• Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the available account or billing controls.
• Cancellation generally prevents future renewal and does not erase amounts already due.
• Fees are nonrefundable except when required by law, stated in a written offer, or approved by QuikPros in writing.
• Past-due, disputed, reversed, or failed payments may suspend the related position and eventually release its inventory.
• Taxes, fees, and payment-processor terms may apply.

Inventory can change until checkout creates a valid temporary hold. Holds expire, and QuikPros may release positions after cancellation, payment failure, fraud, verification failure, policy breach, or other termination. QuikPros may correct inventory or pricing errors and cancel an invalid transaction with an appropriate refund of the amount actually collected for that invalid transaction.

QuikPros may connect a consented customer request with an eligible participating professional or referral partner. QuikPros is not a party to the resulting engagement, representation, transaction, or service relationship unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise. Consumers are responsible for evaluating a professional, and professionals are responsible for their professional advice and conduct.

ZIP pages may combine public, licensed, imported, and derived data. Area-level information is general context—not an appraisal, valuation, inspection, diagnosis, title report, survey, insurance determination, environmental assessment, legal opinion, or property-, patient-, or matter-specific due diligence. Users must verify material facts with the responsible source and qualified professionals.

You may not:

• Provide false professional information or impersonate another person or organization.
• Use QuikPros for unlawful discrimination, steering, harassment, fraud, spam, or deceptive advertising.
• Scrape, probe, overload, bypass security, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service except as law expressly permits.
• Upload malware, stolen data, confidential third-party material, or content you lack authority to use.
• Misstate QuikPros participation as ownership of a ZIP or guaranteed priority on a third-party AI platform.

QuikPros may suspend or terminate access, public visibility, matching eligibility, referrals, or positions when reasonably needed to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, address payment or verification failure, enforce these terms, or maintain service integrity. You may stop using the service and cancel recurring billing through the available account controls.

QuikPros is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. QuikPros disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and any warranty that the service or third-party results will be uninterrupted, accurate, current, or successful.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuikPros will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost- profit damages arising from the service, third-party platforms, professional services, referrals, or transactions between consumers and professionals. Any aggregate direct liability will not exceed the amount you paid QuikPros during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires a different result.

QuikPros may update these terms as the service changes. Material updates will be posted with a revised effective date, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions about these terms may be submitted through the QuikPros contact form.
